Our American National Parks
My father worked for NPS (National Park Service for 30 years until he retired (from both farming and working for NPS).
Two of the national institutions that I value most are our national parks and our wonderful libraries. Both offer low-cost entertainment, stress relief, education for ourselves and our young people and refuge for our wildlife.
During this year of “Corona,” we visited the Grand Canyon, Mesa Verde, Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Each beautiful and wonderful in their own way–I’d rather go to any national park again than to Disneyland or Disney World!!
